Recently, you may have learned that a former employee is suing us because he claims that we engaged in improper practices with his compensation.

The allegations of “underpayment” are false. This lawsuit is just the latest tactic of an ex-employee who was prohibited by the courts from using confidential business information misappropriated from U.S. Legal Support for use at a new job. U.S. Legal Support is committed to providing accurate and fair commission payments. While no actual evidence of these claims was provided, we took the allegations seriously and thoroughly investigated. We found no instances of any underpayment of commissions. We are confident that this lawsuit will be dismissed or we will be victorious in our defense.
