U.S. Legal Support Welcomes Dawn Christensen, New Director of Business Development in the San Francisco Bay Area

Houston, TX // July 27, 2023 // U.S. Legal Support, the nation’s leading provider of litigation support services, today announced the addition of Dawn Christensen as their new Director of Business Development. A Northern California native and legal industry veteran of more than 27 years, Dawn brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the team from her multiple roles in law practice management. As Director of Business Development, she will work directly with legal professionals, insurance carriers, and corporations in the greater San Francisco Bay Area.

Prior to graduating from the Paralegal program at UC Berkeley in 1996, Dawn attended Southern California College of Business & Law in Brea, CA. She personally solicited to clerk for the Contra Costa County Superior Court Family Law & Juvenile Divisions in Martinez, CA. She later became a sworn officer of the San Joaquin County Superior Court as a CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate for Children) where her passion for children and protecting them shined.

“We are delighted to have Dawn join our team,” said Karen Gann, Executive Vice President of Sales, West and Southwest. “Her solutions-oriented problem solving, passion for serving the community, and empathetic approach will be an asset to our clients. We are excited to welcome her to the team and see the impact she’ll make.”

When asked about joining U.S. Legal Support, Dawn said: “I am excited to join this excellent team and expand our litigation support services throughout the Bay Area. My background has prepared me well for this new role; I’ve had the pleasure of helping sole practitioners open practices from the ground up, providing support across all aspects of law practice management and firm operations. Additionally, I’ve worked in multiple mid- and large-sized firms throughout northern and central California. Working side by side with lawyers and judges has positioned me well to understand their unique needs and cultivate solutions for them. I’m looking forward to discovering opportunities for our clients to grow, delivering outstanding service, and contributing to the organization’s success.”

Dawn actively participates in continuing education through the State Bar of California and Association of Legal Administrators. She is a proud grandmother of two amazing grandsons and, when not working, loves anything outdoors, traveling, meeting new people, and being intellectually stimulated.
